Shawna serves as the Executive Director of Business Operations at ZGlobal, where she has made significant contributions since 2007. In her role, Shawna oversees a wide array of critical functions, including planning, supervising, human resources, payroll, accounting, finance, insurance, banking, office management, client contracts, payables, receivables, collateral posting, and weekly invoice processing with CAISO and ERCOT. She excels in risk monitoring and collateral calculation, strategically enhancing business profitability while maintaining high-quality service delivery to clients. Additionally, Shawna manages over $500 million in annual energy transactions for ZGlobal’s Energy Scheduling clients.
