Day-Ahead Energy Scheduler

Marina is an Energy Scheduler I supporting the day-ahead and real-time scheduling of diverse generation resources, including geothermal, solar, wind, hydro, hybrid, standalone storage, biomass, biogas, and natural gas facilities. She manages scheduling activities across CAISO, the Western Interconnection, and ERCOT, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids and schedules.

Her responsibilities include implementing client bidding strategies, coordinating load and resource scheduling, and managing dynamic schedules, pseudo-ties, and Inter-SC Trades (ISTs). Marina also prepares and analyzes dispatch models, publishes operational reports, and delivers end-of-day summaries for the operations center. In addition, she oversees eTag approval processes and outage coordination, while interfacing with clients, utilities, ISOs, and transmission operators to maintain compliance with operating procedures.
