Robin brings more than three decades of experience in the energy industry, with a career focused on policy and regulatory roles primarily in California and engagement with western regulatory bodies. She has worked directly with three of California’s primary energy decision-making institutions—the state legislature, the California Independent System Operator, and the California Energy Commission—and has also worked extensively with the California Public Utilities Commission. Through this experience, Robin has developed a strong understanding of California’s energy market structure and the major energy policies administered by the CPUC, CEC, and the California Air Resources Board.
At ZGlobal, Robin is responsible for developing strategies to diversify the firm’s client base and expand market presence. She also provides technical assistance to field programs supporting global marketing initiatives, strategic communications, media relations, and crisis communications.
Education
Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California. She also completed International Development Studies at Uppsala University in Sweden and participated in academic internships as an Academic Trade Economist with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the International Trade Administration.
