Hannah provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations. She assists leadership and staff through coordination of communications, record management, scheduling, facilities support, and general organizational processes that help maintain efficiency across the organization. Her role includes supporting office logistics, managing documentation, coordinating calendars, and assisting with operational workflows that contribute to overall business continuity and productivity.
Prior to joining the organization, Hannah gained extensive experience in education administration and program management. She served as a Program Manager, HR and Payroll Specialist at Tricks Gymnastics, where she supported a large youth program of more than 600 participants, managing staff onboarding, scheduling, payroll processes, customer communications, and operational coordination. She later worked as an Assistant Teacher in Montessori school environments, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and record-management skills while supporting classroom logistics and stakeholder coordination.

Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Sacramento State University.
