Alissa supports ZGlobal’s settlement, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes related to CAISO and Scheduling operations. She is responsible for distributing weekly and monthly invoices, performing billing quality assurance, processing payment allocations, reconciling accounts, and supporting client settlement reporting. Alissa also validates ISO/RTO settlement transactions, coordinates meter data and settlement activities, prepares allocation and collateral reports, and utilizes database and reporting tools to analyze, validate, and communicate settlement and billing information for ZGlobal and its clients.
