As a member of the Business Operations team, Nikki assists in planning, accounting, finance, office management, client contracts, and weekly invoice processing with CAISO and ERCOT. In addition, Nikki assists the Business Operations team in:
- Developing important policies and implementing strategic decisions
- Collaborating with executive management and the CEO of the company
- Promoting an effective company culture that encourages top performance and employee morale
- Preparing budgets, reports & business plans
- Supporting the Project Development team and clients in all aspects of project development cycles.
- Applying business strategies and analytics to improve processes that drive revenue, profitability, and growth
- Identifying and addressing issues and opportunities for the company
- Building partnerships and alliances with other companies for the benefit of the organization
- Supporting communication between management staff and employees
- Assisting in the development of requests for proposals
- Managing and administering the company website and associated documents
